  •  Job duties:
    • Establish objectives for the company and formulate or approve policies and programs
    • Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions
    • Allocate material, human, and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs; establish financial and administrative controls; formulate and approve promotional campaigns; and approve overall personnel planning
    • Co-ordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments
    • Represent the company, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the company, in negotiations or other official functions.
    • Develop/execute sales strategy to grow the company’s revenues and market expansion.
    • Establish annual business development budgets, sales targets, and strategic plans.
    • Actively identify and implement growth opportunities
    • Direct and control corporate governance and regulatory compliance procedures within the establishment
    • Hire, coach and develop staff to be trusted advisors who are equipped to meet the present and future opportunities/challenges.

  •  Skills requirements:
    • Majority owner of the company.
    • Ability to deliver on short-term targets, while implementing a long-range strategy and vision.
    • Minimum of 10 years’ experience and proven track record in the steel construction sector.
    • Have held Director level positions and above.
    • Strong business development experience
    • Strong presentation, communication, and leadership skills
  • Required education: A university degree or college diploma in business administration, finance or other discipline related to the service provided is preferred but not required.
  •  Required work experience:
    • 10+ years of successful leadership experience in the Steel Structure construction industry in the international market having managed a team of professionals.
    • Including minimum 10 years experience working in multicultural environment as CEO/Managing Director with strong people management skill.
    • Demonstrated record of meeting and exceeding yearly sales targets.
    • Strong understanding of North American and International markets.
